I have rarely had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. Dr. Greg Emkey is wonderful. He listens... he is not staring at his computer screen when he's talking to you. All of the staff are friendly, polite, and appear happy in their jobs. The office is very clean and well appointed. Highly recommend this practice!!
Valerie is an absolute gem! She combines top-tier medical expertise with a level of genuine warmth and empathy that is incredibly rare. She takes the time to truly listen, makes you feel completely safe and supported, and goes above and beyond to show she cares. Walking into an appointment knowing you are in such compassionate hands makes all the difference in the world. I completely trust her with my care and cannot recommend her highly enough!
I’m gonna revise my post just a bit; I was made to feel comfortable but I did share some concerns that weren’t met or once again (as does my PCP shrug it off as well) did they seem as if they were as important to address; my blood pressure/headaches accompanied by lightheaded and dizziness. I’ve been experiencing them a lot more lately; although I’ve been told by my PCP that it’s Reactive Hypoglycemia due to high bp and told nothing can be done, however I know that’s basically a lie because there is medication for that and I have a long family history.
