Tracie made sure I was comfortable & informed for my first acupuncture experience. While I love the immediacy of the results, Tracie's patience w/me as I rambled on a bit while centering & unshielding is greatly appreciated.

Had an amazing massage today!!! Tiffany was incredible! She starts of with dry massage amd then she adds oil and pressure. I loved how she started of gently pulling on my neck and base of my skull to release a lot of tension. Then the back! The way she tackled the muscles on either side of my spine was incredible. She also VERY gently stretched my spine and goodness that felt incredible!!!! The she pressed on my pelvis and my glutes! I've had many massages before and this is the first time that I can recall my pelvis being gently pressed on. She also worked on my legs and with all the weight I'm carrying, it felt awesome.
