I've been in my old house for almost a decade now. I worry about a lot of the house doing old house things. I do NOT worry about my roof because I know that Leland will take care of it!
I have a slate roof on my home, which was built in 1929. I have had some minor issues and when I ever I called out other roofers, they gave me huge estimates and pointed out major issues, one roofer even suggested I get an entire new roof, one said replace all my gutters. Leeland came did not try to sell me on any additional work, were here working for two full days replacing slates and fixing gutter issues and eased my ming that with annual maintenance and such that my roof still has a lot of good years left in it. After four years very happy I found Leeland roofing. I feel like I can really trust them and their work!
they have been wonderful. wish so much that we had gone to them first when we had a problem with our roof. many companies say they know slate roofs, but Leland really does. we have used their regular maintenance for several years. We rely on them completely and have never been disappointed. The technician that came today were thorough, professional, and attentive to details. pleasant to talk with.
