So the reason I gave a 3 star rating is because of the front desk initially she looked irritated and very annoyed she spoke with a harsh tone if you do not like working with people then don't work there after I finished my app she told me sit down in that room and someone will help you a blonde lady came out with glasses and was very nice had a pleasant tone and felt welcoming she explained the process told me to have a nice day I offered a hand shake and without hesitation she welcomed the hand shake they need more people like her in the front desk I understand all of the bad rating now but if you pass the front desk you will be greeted with better manner people
