So thankful they were able to fix my microwave, and fast too! Sam was very nice, exceptionally honest, the diagnostic and repair costs can’t be beat, and I will 100% be returning for any future repair needs. This place is the truth - a complete throwback to a time when products were made to be repaired instead of thrown out. They'll fix any appliance, small to large. They fixed my KitchenAid stand mixer, a product no chain store will touch.
Every item I take to be repaired is done quickly and well.I no longer ask for estimates, as they have NEVER over-charged me. So, I just tell them to fix it instead of delaying the repair with phonecalls.Most times they can give me an idea on price or can advise me to buy new, if they feel the repair would not be feasible.
