Noah is top notch in his field of customer service. He does his job with utmost efficiency. He remembers every bait station through out my home and makes sure all traps are cleaned and baited. Brian did an excellent job! We have hornet infestation behind flashing at the roof line. Brian explained the process, suited up and pumped powder into the crevices where the hornets are penetrating. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable. This is our first time using Ehrlich and we had an excellent experience from the time I spoke with Ryan to Brian’s service call. Thank you.
