I have done business with Printer Source for many years. I should have reviewed them long ago for the 5 star service they provide. Believe it or not it's hard to find a similar business that does not have horrible 1 star reviews. I have found them to be ethical, friendly, helpful, courteous and expert in their profession. I hate to even explain the extent to which they have gone out of their way during my latest printer dilemma because if everyone else got this level of service, I fear they would be out of business! I am not a family member but they treated me as such, spending literally hours on the phone with Don and the tech Ed trying to solve my problem, at no charge....read full review

Printer Source is the type of stand-up, classy business rarely seen in today's market. I called to order a drum kit for my Kyocera copier after being told by a local technician that the drum unit was scratched. The printer was making black lines on the left side of every page. The technician, Ryan, wanted to first check if I actually needed said part. Ryan took me through disassembling the printer over the phone and told me how to clean deposits off several rollers and gears. After telling him the model he was able to recite exactly the way the internal workings moved and unlatched, which was very impressive. All told, I spent about 30 minutes on the phone, not including the time it took Ryan to look at pictures I sent him detailing the problem. At the end of our call the problem was fixed and I saved $125 on parts and $150+ on local labor. Printer Source refused any compensation. In sum: Ryan did from 500 miles away over the phone what a local printer tech could not. I will be purchasing all my copier supplies from Printer Source from here on out. I highly recommend this business.
