Jay came out to review the process and recommend the right generator. I went with Kohler, Keli then took over from there. I received updates on my process, which was great as I like to be informed. PECO was disappointing in delaying my installation but things happen. From the approval process to day of installation things ran smoothly. The installation and instructions were handled in a professional and caring manner. Really appreciate the detailed explanation and reassurance to call with any questions.

Gen Pro was very professional from our very first meeting with Jay, to Kellie in their office and Donald in the field during installation. Donald was especially helpful answering all questions that I had before, and during installation. Gen Pro coordinated everything from the propane installer to the township inspection.
