We had some work done in our bathroom that turned out beautifully. He was efficient and fair with the price. Would highly recommend.

5/27/2020I would NOT recommend this company. I had a kitchen sink and faucet put in on 5/6 I waited this long to post a review to ensure there was no leaking. I gave 3 stars because the workmanship was good. I was quoted a price of $75/hr plus materials. I said I would get the drain pipes and water lines when I purchased the sink/faucet. I was told that I didn't need to they would take care of that. Brian (who did the work) came at 8 took the sink out and went to Home Depot at 9 came back at 9:45, almost an hour. He finished at 12ish. By that time I was tired/ hungry, I had been wearing a mask for 4hrs. I asked for the bill $360 he said with a 5% discount for being a frontline worker. After I ate and got my thought together I realized he charged me for the hr he was at the store getting the drain pipe and water lines! The same things I asked if I should get! I text Brad for a bill and explained I thought I should not have been charged for that hr. He said the parts have to be looked at first bc most material are not standard. What? My house was built 1983 not 1883. Everything in my house is standard. I've seen about 100 of the same house around my area. He said the caulk, 2 20 inch water lines and 3 PVC pipes cost $70. I found the wrappers and took pictures and sent it to him. That was about $30! But I told him I would get those things so why would I get charged that hr Brian was at the store? I would have never hired someone who charged by the hr and told me they would have to go to Home Depot during a pandemic that you HAVE TO WAIT ON A LINE! Brad reminded me of the 5% discount for being a front line worker. I reminded him of my respect for anyone who worked during Covid 19. I bleached, Lysol , had a hepa filter and wore a mask. I expected the SAME RESPECT with the bill! Despicable practice!!!!!!!

We had a basement leak. After the waterproofing repairs, Brian Davies came and did a beautiful job of wood framing, drywall, and wood trim. The cost was reasonable and just what he estimated. Great job!

I had these guys do a plumbing a job for me. It was completed timely and to current township code specifications. I thought their prices were more than fair, and being a contractor myself helps me feel confident in saying so. Reading other reviews from former customers complaining about $ for time spent getting their parts is just mind boggling to me. I am glad I haven't had such customers in my business. I challenge anyone to try and find better pricing for a licensed contractor....I will wait

My experience with Brian was great. He installed 2 basement windows for me and did a fantastic job.

Dealing with them is the tale of 2 cities. At first, when work was done at our house, they did a good job in March / April 2018. When I met them for final payment and we discussed a few touch up items (would take 1 to 2 hours to complete) they said no problem. After multiple calls, texts and emails, I finally got them to agree to a date in November which I had to reschedule due to sick kids. Ever since then, none of my calls, emails or texts are being returned so unfortunately I will have to hire someone for the 1 to 2 hours of touch ups and have an attorney deal with them. What's worse is I referred at least 10 people to them. Homeowners beware.

I called Davies & Sons to help me install a diaper sprayer on our toilet. There was a pipe on there that looked more permanent than I was willing to tackle. I was called back within a day and instead of coming out, they talked me through it over the phone and I was able to repair it myself. So I can't attest to their workmanship, but I was so happy to be able to do the job myself and get it completely quickly! I'm sorry I forgot the name of the gentleman helping me, but I can now put cloth diapers back on my kid thanks to them!

Had a decent project for them. Needed a water line ran to supply my refrigerator icemaker and water dispenser as well as a line installed for a dishwasher plus cutting the hole in my cabinets to fit the dishwasher. They went above and beyond our expectations. During the process brian found an issue with the piping under the sink...basically repiped the entire underneath of the sink. They did a great job. I had a really hard time finding guys that woild work on a mobile home and i pleasantly surprised when i was told mobile homes dont scare them. That told me they had enough experience to be that confidant in what they were getting into. They showed up on time, were reasonably priced, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and did the job right. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We've had to much stress and disapointment with other companies after moving into our new home im so glad this process was made easy and quick with these guys. I would definitely recommend them and i will certainly hire them again for future projects.
