This is the third home that Cheri Savini has sold for our family.
All were at least a one hour drive from her home office.
She is diligent, fair, hard working, and has a wealth of knowledge.
She attended all inspections by the City and the FHA.
She found and supervised the painters.
She found an electrician for smoke alarms, GFI outlets, and surface mount conduit.
She kept the contractors, bankers, buyer agents, and me on schedule.
In the end, the home sold for more than our asking price.
