Could not be more pleased with HVAC Proz. When my gas boiler blew I was thinking about converting from steam ( a dying art) radiators which were insanely inefficient. Sean Devane walked me through the pros and cons of all my options. I ultimately went with baseboard 2 zone. My basement egress was a challenge as I was also having a deck built, but he and the guys from Indigenous Ingenuities rose to the challenge without complaint. That’s when Daniel and Cameron came in. You could not me more impressive, respectful young men if you tried. Daniel was a wealth of knowledge and communicated with me every step of the way. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend.
Temperatures rising and the ac wasn’t kicking on, so I gave HVAC Proz a call. I expected to not be able to get service until sometime next week. Sean got right back to me, and they had a team out within 15 minutes. Daniel quickly diagnosed that the condensation pump was bad and had us back up and running within a half hour. I would highly recommend this company for their quick and very professional service! Thanks again!
We had a great experience using HVAC ProZ for our home system. Sean has a great appreciation and knowledge for what options are available. Other HVAC contractors looked at our job, only Sean came in at a reasonable price with a much cleaner aesthetic. We installed a Unico system and Sean’s team, especially Daniel and Cameron, were skilled and hard working. The job was completed on time and used less equipment than originally quoted, a savings passed along to me. Can’t speak highly enough for Sean, always available, thoughtful, and a real professional. Very pleased with my result and happy to have had the pleasure of working with a first rate contractor.
