Very impressed with this practice. Patient, friendly staff were very helpful and made recommendations that made sense and helped me choose glasses. Dr. Patel was extremely knowledgeable and asked great questions to determine the best thing for my eye needs. Thorough examination and very good explanations. I will be moving my family here for further eye care needs and recommending to my patients as well.
My family had been looking for a new optometrist. We heard about America’s best through friends of ours. We went down to see if we could do some walk-in’s. Carlye and the other ladies at the front were extremely helpful and very professional, but the store manager was very rude and short with us. Letting us know they didn’t have time for any walk-ins. We made some appointments and the receptionist said she would have our insurance transferred over for our next visit. On our next visit Paige was still very short with us.
