Had a great experience. My mother had a short but pleasant stay. I was kept in the loop much more than I thought I would’ve been. All around pleased with the customer service and attention to detail. Make sure to ask for Tzvi to help with admission he took very good care of us.
Had a very pleasant experience at Aventura @ Prospect! My grandmother was there after she had a fall and fractured her elbow and hip. The physical therapists and occupational therapists did a phenomenal job getting her back on her feet and back to her baseline. Everyone that i interacted with was so pleasant from the administrator to the social workers, I would highly recommend!
New ownership really has great attention to detail. My mom is thrilled with the turn around. This staff real cares. I highly recommend. The administrator Aaron is a rockstar. (Mention my name for the best room!!)
