The havoc person named Charles came to my home on time and proceeded to tell me the entire process of what needed to be done with my humidifier and research to find out it was covered under the warranty that I was not aware of of the parts needed. Before he was gone, he went over everything with me more companies need to be like this company . Taking the time to go over everything with the customer Is an awesome way to build a customer base.

The main thing is that I trust these guys. And that says a lot in that industry they discovered a crack in my furnace and replaced it with a top of the Line unit with lifetime warranty. They were in communication throughout the process. And installed two new thermostats that are wireless. Great job all the way around.
