Update: Attorney Wolf's response below falsely claims that my concerns “did not make their way” to him. His own emails prove otherwise.
The firm acknowledged receiving my signed fee agreement in November 2020. I subsequently made repeated requests for updates, often without receiving a substantive response.
In August 2022, Attorney Daniel McCabe told me that his file contained only limited medical records, “no diagnosis,” and nothing from Rothman Institute. Those statements were demonstrably false.
