I love that the company is so professional and dedicated to helping me meet my storage needs. I have found that the company can come up with solutions for my storage needs that I never even thought of before. The company is also very affordable and their customer service is top-notch. It is clear that United Rack Solutions is focused on customer satisfaction and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We like to work with local suppliers whenever possible and found United Rack Solutions, Inc. Great prompt communications while we figured out what pallet racking would best suit our needs. Competitive pricing and they have both new and some used items if you're trying to keep costs down even more. Very helpful and friendly service. They discovered hidden damage on one of our items while putting the order together and reached out to us with a better replacement to keep the order on time. That's great customer service. We are planning to purchase there again.
