I bought a 2019 subaru, that wound up with a glitch on the infotainment screen. It didn't work on the 2nd day I had the car. I expected Marcus, my salesperson to brush me off, as I now possessed the car.. This negative expectation was based on scurrilous experiences with 2 otherdealers immediately prior to this positive experience. Marcus was gracious and very apologetic. He said that reliable auto would pay to fix the screen. WOW!!! I was pleasantly surprised and totally exhilarated. They didn't need to pay as that glitch was covered under warranty. But they offered and that was awesome. I highly recommend Reliable Auto and especially Marcus.

This yard has friendly and helpful employees, quite rare in the business of scrap. Their prices aren't always the highest around but they make up for it by not treating you like trash if you're not a seasoned scrapper

Lots of places around here take scrap, but few do it as quickly, friendly and pay fair prices like Reliable. To be able to get in and out as quickly as possible is essential to me, and the prices paid for everything are always top for copper and any other metal. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get rid of anything.
