My air conditioning did not work properly for 3 days in the 90 degree temperature. Called New Age Air and a technician came out in 4 hours. Repaired as best as they could my 14 year old heat pump and recommended a new one. I knew my original one was on its last leg so I purchased a new one. They had a few install issues and had to do some modifications in my basement but the system is running well. All technicians were very professional and courteous and their customer service was exceptional.
Another great service appointment provided by my technician, Jamil, From New Age Air. Scheduling with the office is a breeze, and I love the fact that they call as they are heading your direction and give you an ETA for which you can plan around. Jamil has been our technician for several years which I also appreciate that consistency, because he understands the layout of the house and where the units are and how to access the control panels and where. Jamil/the company work efficiently, are fairly priced, and provide great service that keeps my units running smoothly.
