My air conditioning did not work properly for 3 days in the 90 degree temperature. Called New Age Air and a technician came out in 4 hours. Repaired as best as they could my 14 year old heat pump and recommended a new one. I knew my original one was on its last leg so I purchased a new one. They had a few install issues and had to do some modifications in my basement but the system is running well. All technicians were very professional and courteous and their customer service was exceptional.
New Age always provides fast, reliable service. Austin is always competent with maintenance and extremely honest about what is needed to make our heating and air conditioning to continue to run efficiently. Highly recommend!
Austin came out and did a thorough inspection and cleaning of the A/C and Heating. He was respectful, explained everything in detail and cleaned up after himself. we have trusted New Age with our HVAC system for over 10 years and wouldn’t use anyone else to service our equipment.
