I have been thinking for months about what to write about Jeff Harrison and I just can’t come up with it. So I thought “let me just begin writing and see what comes of it”. Here goes. I’ve been working with Jeff for going on 5 years now. My husband has worked with Jeff forever (his words not mine) but we think it’s 14 years now. There are many gifted personal trainers out there. But Jeff brings a broader knowledge base to the table than the average PT. I’ve been working out with Jeff since 2009. For the past 10 years, Jeff has not only been my trainer, but he has been my champion, cheerleader, advocate, advisor and sometimes my conscious. His workouts are tailored to my individual needs and goals; every workout is different and always challenging, however he always makes sure that I have proper form. Jeff cares about each of his clients and works with each of us to be the best versions of ourselves. He is the best!!

Jeff is the best! I have known him now for many years! He has worked/trained my daughter through her middle school and high school years from proper techniques, rehabilitation, increasing flexibility and strength, as well as helping her gain back her confidence on and off the field. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the human body anatomy. He came highly recommended to us and we have been forever grateful! And besides ALL of that, he is one of the nicest people I have ever met!
