Kelsey and Tyler are great, they made this difficult time much easier and held an amazing service for my father. They were available for any questions and help throughout the whole thing and my family and I thank them so much for everything they did.
I can’t thank Kelsey, Tyler and Cody enough for all their efforts during our families difficult time. While Houck & Gofus were not the first I called, they were the only home I considered handling our needs. After my initial call with Kelsey I knew they were the folks I wanted to work with. We knew our mother’s passing was imminent and I was entrusted to make arrangements so she, who currently lived out of state, could be laid to rest next to our father in PA. Highly recommended! They made the process stress-free when handling my fathers passing. Everything was explained up front at our at home visit. After talking about my father, Tyler completely composed his phamplet, suggested poems, had a beautiful blanket made for my mom, and organized the photos for the slide show - to our surprise they even arranged military to come and complete a flag folding ceremony!! It all was effortless and took such care in making certain the day was beautiful! They were amazing!!
