Front desk is borderline rude. Hands you a folder and says nothing. Had to ask am I to fill something out, review info is correct? The response no just hand it to the tech when you go back. Jessica was great. That’s the only positive. Doctors can be a bit assertive with pressure and could care less about your time. Waited 50 min for the doctor to come in. Tiana at checkout was very kind and thorough. May look for another practice.

Dr. Malstrom is fantastic. He is very talented and always had time to answer any questions. The whole staff at Eye Consultants and its surgery center treated me like I was royalty. One nurse was so comforting, they were all fabulous. At no time during my cataract surgery did I experience any pain or discomfort, not before, after or during the surgery. Its like a new life looking though 21 yr old eyes
