I have been a patient at this practice for a long time -been through many doctors there .I have always been pleased with the care I have received by all employees there.Times have changed with how offices operate to keep up with technology and the advent of Urgent Cares.A big change since the pandemic is that appointments are scheduled appropriately so that wait times are minutes.As a patient of Dr Gorey for years now I am very pleased-he is considerate, concerned, explains any questions you have and is never in a hurry to get out the door. I have been going here for years since I have moved back home to PA.. The only thing that kept me going is Dr. Gorey. However, the only time I get to see him is at my office visit when I try to contact him on the web portal he answers sometimes. Other than That I hardly ever talk to him. Everyone there has a major attitude, the nurses and office staff, including the person that considers themselves The manager. Absolutely horrible customer service and I will be looking for another doctor Due to the treatment that I get from everyone at that office Truly sad!! And now I can see why there’s so many horrible reviews!
I never thought I would find such a caring office like my previous doctor's office until I joined Coventry Family. From the front desk to the nurses they are all so nice. The CRNP, Kim, is such a caring and compassionate person. She really spends her time doing a thorough exam and will order the appropriate testing you need. She is genuine about wanting to help you get better. She's so wonderful that my whole family sees her!
