Everyone here is fantastic, my experiences have mainly been with Alyssa. She was great with my kid with getting her first ear piercings and helped her through the anxiety and the fear no matter how long it took. Based on that, she pierced me yesterday and was very very thorough. Communicated clearly throughout the procedure, was as gentle as possible, and overall gave a great experience. The shop is very laid back and the employees are very down to earth. They also understood how I sort of wanted my tattoo to be. The final idea was way beyond what I was thinking! Absolutely love the idea she came up with!
