From the consultation to surgery day, Dr. Yuan made me feel comfortable, informed, and cared for. He was very patient with my questions and explained everything clearly. I had a Dimpleplasty procedure and my experience was amazing from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, The staff made me feel comfortable. Dr. Yuan, was extremely kind and, took the time to explain the procedure clearly. Dr. Yuan , and Rosa made sure that I was relaxed throughout the entire process. What I appreciated most was the level of care even after the procedure. The doctor personally checked up on me afterward to make sure I was healing well and to answer any questions I had. That kind of follow-up really shows how much they care about their patients and their results.
Altogether, It was a great experience. I’m extremely satisfied with my results. I would recommend anyone considering getting Dimpleplasty to come to this place.

Went for a consultation. While the staff are friendly enough and doctor yuan seems knowledgeable and friendly. They seem extremely disorganized. No one took notes at my consultation and while the doctor was with me they were preparing another girl for surgery. I was told I would get a quote. But since no notes were taken and i am assuming the doctor went right into surgery,the doctor scribbled down my email address on the back of his receptionist notebook( to email me the quote) who wasn't present during my consultation. I never got said quote. I was disappointed but in hindsight maybe it's a good thing.

Dr. Yuan is a great doctor and a great person; he performed a procedure for me today and his staff was 20 out of ten 10 as well! Very very very beyond kind people, he picked the right folks for his team.
Most doctors (and I’ve been to…. LOTS), in my experience… will perform what it is you’re interested in, even if there is a better route etc. Dr Yuan takes the time to talk you through things, like really takes the time, and I mean REALLY takes time to ensure that reasoning and maybe alternatives are explained in depth and so you understand them. A lot of other places don’t take time on you like he does. It really shows that he truly genuinely cares about how his patients feel when they leave about his work & that is def a rare thing to find.

My mom and found Dr. Yuan on Groupon a couple of years ago… I’m 53 and I can’t believe how reasonable his rates are. He is such a kind doctor and doesn’t try to push more services than you need. The office staff is so wonderful and flexible. I feel wonderful every time I walk out of there. Truly, a wonderful experience I look forward to continuing my business with them as well as my mother does who is 75.
