I have used them over the last 25 years, four different times. Interior and Exterior. This company has the very BEST quality, I have ever seen. I will recommend them for all your painting needs. I really hate to write a poor review for a business. This has been bothering me for several months now. I called Wayne before the holidays and requested a price on a cathedral ceiling. He came the following day and put me on the schedule for the following week. I really appreciated that because I was in a bind and physically I can’t do it anymore. He was great about that. The price was very high but I had to get it done. On the scheduled day the painters arrived right on time. They covered everything just as Wayne said. The ceiling was white and the walls were a light tan called Blonde. I am over peticular about workmanship as I ran a plumbing business for 30 years. When I looked at the edge between the two colors it was terrible. There were many places where the white was down on the walls someplaces over a half inch. Nothing like a nice straight line. I told the man that it was unacceptable and if he couldn’t do it right to call Wayne to get someone here to do it right. I had to go and buy a quart of Blonde paint for them to fix it. Now the top several inches of the walls are shinier because as we know that paint fades over time. They were supposed to pull my can light rings down and paint under them. I had to complain to get that done. Now we are starting to get an attitude. After leaving I have found several places that were missed maybe on the second coat. I will never have them again. Maybe this was just an isolated incident. But it was my house and I wanted a perfect job. I have had another painter here for another room and he couldn’t believe what it cost. That is my fault for agreeing to the price not Wayne. My problem was with the quality of the work. I should have done this a long time ago but the more I think about it and look at a couple of places, then I get angry. I hope that everyone else has great service from Wayne and his company.
