They were able to get both my kiddos a haircut on very short notice for school pictures (was either the day before or the day of). They were very nice and gave them what they wanted even though one kiddo practically wanted to be bald. they did miss a few spots on the one with a regular hair cut but I know they don't sit the most still and that we were scheduled on such short notice so I imagine their time might have needed to have been a little rushed. 9/10
I can't say I used her services personally. I am a guy so do not get lashes. I am bald, so do not get hair cuts. What I can say is Emily was very accommodating when I asked her to go to my mother's nursing home and give her a pedicure. She was more than happy to do it and my mother enjoyed the visit and loved her nails afterward. She was a big help when she did not need to go out of her way, but chose to do it anyway.
Emily is absolutely amazing with hair. Style cut my son's and it turned out absolutely amazing and at a fraction of the cost I use to pay for the same cut. She also has a great personality that is easy to talk to. Last but not least, the awesome dog at the shop is cute and friendly but you can't have it. I tried haha.
