I found AB&KBJB through a recommendation from a high school friend. I definitely hit the jackpot! I could NOT love my phenomenal bathroom more!!!I had a very distinct vision of what I wanted - a forest-inspired bathroom where different woods, metals, surfaces and earthtones were "married" together with green to create a "mismatched but matched" spa-like feel . . . after the 20+ year old beat to heck bathroom installed in 2001 (that leaked for at least 15 year - that awful orange nightmare in the end pics below) was completely gutted and a new subfloor and walls were put in. I am sure that Jason probably thought I was off my rocker, but I kept saying "I know what it will look like in my mind and trust me, it will work". Well, as you can see, the pics speak for themselves!Jason is awesome and down to earth to work with. The quality of the craftsmanship of my bathroom is more than I even imagined. What I really liked is that because I was so particular on what I wanted, I discussed with Jason and I purchased my own materials (tile, fixtures, vanity, toilet, blinds, etc.) so that I got exactly what my "vision" was, down to the handmade in Morocco external plumbing shower fixtures and massive rainfall (14" wide!) showerhead that you just can't find in a big box store and a high profile marble-topped freestanding vanity. I worked with Jason so that I knew what to get when I was unsure and I listened to him when my ideas would not have worked (such as the natural stone basin sink I wanted that I decided against when Jason explained I would have to seal it every year - ugh!)If you can't tell, I asked for a massive amount of tiling and it is flawless, down to the way that the glaze in the tile is vertical vs. horizontal to make it appear much more natural like I wanted. The grout is perfect. Everything ...is ...perfect!Not only the work perfect, but not having a second bathroom, it was made sure I had my toilet at the end of every day of work. Oh, and did I mention my house was spotless after the bathroom was finished with nit a so gle sign my bathroom has been demoed and rebuilt from the subfloor and studs up?Jason has a work ethic and dedication second to none - one that I admire wholeheartedly. I am the one person who can vouch for this more than you can ever imagine, as my beautiful bathroom is extremely bittersweet . . .Josh, Jason's awesome brother (mentioned in other reviews), worked on my bathroom for the demo and first half of the project until tragically, he passed away unexpectedly. This more than understandably delayed my bathroom a little bit, but Jason, along with Chris and Jimmy, made sure the delay was the absolute minimal, even working over the weekend to get it done, through his own personal grief, and still with unbelievable quality and precision. I don't even have words for this level of customer service today because it is non-existent.I have my dream bathroom that I have waited my whole life for, not only visually, but quality-wise . . .and oh yeah, $10k less than other companies that do tile work quoted me - and I wouldn't have been able to get exactly what I wanted! If you want a quality bathroom that is affordable with a company that has an unbelievable work ethic, Jason is the way to go - without a doubt. You won't be disappointed.Thank you, Jason...and thank you, Josh. I love my bathroom. ❤️

Called for repair due to temperature in the refrigerator side fluctuating between 38 and 50. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and asked about the issue, advised not to unplug the fridge.Technician came out within hours, friendly, professional, didn’t mind my barking dog. He opened the fridge and freezer, looked around and said he wouldn’t be able to repair it due to an electrical issue. He suggested that I call the manufacturer and did not charge for coming out.I called Frigidaire, someone from outside the country finally answered after going through the automated system and entering serial number etc., and the charge to come out would be 139.00, so I said I would call back to schedule, however, the fridge temp had stopped fluctuating and has remained at 38 since the Liberty tech’s visit last week.Service: Refrigerator repair
