Spa Kalahari & Salon offers a relaxing experience with exceptional services. Guests enjoy heavenly facials and rejuvenating massages, enhanced by multiple hot towels. The facility includes a steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi, perfect for spending a few hours. Attentive staff provide excellent service, making it a hidden gem. Whether for a solo visit or a couples massage, Spa Kalahari & Salon is highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and feel rejuvenated.
The staff is friendly and helpful, providing a wonderful massage experience. Guests have praised the skills of massage therapists like Bobbie, who was kind and friendly, and others who address specific needs, delivering some of the best massages. The hydrotherapy facilities are also a highlight, adding to the overall relaxation. The spa features a calm room, which many find amazing and quiet, with coffee or tea included.
While the spa is beautiful, some areas, such as the bathrooms, could use more attention to cleanliness and maintenance. The check-in process using a machine felt odd to some, as having a real person would add a personal touch. Overall, Spa Kalahari & Salon remains a great destination for those seeking a rejuvenating and relaxing retreat, with cozy and high-standard experiences, though some guests found certain add-ons like the hand and foot scrub underwhelming.
Awesome services really enjoyed my time there. Only thing is I wouldn’t purchase the items they sell. I purchased over $600 worth of facial cleansers and lotions etc and I just looked up how much those things cost at target and they are charging double at the Kalahari. Very sad. But lesson learned.
