The office manager Mindi efficiently addressed the issue, enabling my daughter to receive a new eyeglasses prescription. Roger, a seasoned team member, demonstrated exceptional support, reflecting the team's high standards. I am thoroughly impressed and will continue to patronize this location. I want to start off by saying that I appreciate Dr. Kelly and her staff however there are SEVERAL areas which could use some improvement. For example; the main number - not being able to access the office directly.
My son broke his glasses at school - yay back to school. There is no reason why it should take 3 phone calls; (the first being told I would get a call back in 30 min) the second to follow up; being told I MIGHT get a call back to then be on hold for 30 minutes, and then calling back to speak with a manager. All of which to be told that I need to bring them in.

BEST eye doctor , Dr Lindsey Kelley, I've had in long time if not ever actually! Really takes the time and care to help get my dry eye disease under control. Way better than S Florida! Highly recommend! And she was recommended by my doctor! Thanks for the great care!
