John is a gem of a person and is highly knowledgeable about this space. I am looking for builders to build a house in 2023 and he politely mentioned that they are booked up for the season (I am not surprised). However he went above and beyond in explaining ins and outs of building in poconos, financing, cost, laws and more.I am not so much more confident about going into building a home in pocono after speaking with John.
