Dave and team worked on our crawl space remediation and encapsulation. They did a great job!! His team is very dedicated and hardworking. Dave was available throughout the project. He was also hands on working with the guys in the crawl space. I would definitely recommend Dave and team for your next basement/crawlspace project.

A big big shout out to Dave and crew from Pocono Lake Construction for upgrading my sump pump system in record time. After a serious flood event on December 18th I reached out to Dave to have them upgrade my small sump pump basin (11”x13” pit) to standard pit (18”x22” pit). I called him on a Thursday and by the following Monday everything was done to perfection. I highly recommend Pocono Lake Construction for all types of construction projects. BK
