I have always had a great visit with my doctor, doctor harish, however while booking the last appointment the receptionist was very short with me. She said she could not find who the doctor was that I saw, so while I was looking up the information of which doctor I saw she cut me off and started to give me dates available. I agreed to a date but wanted to clarify that she knew which doctor I saw and she yelled at me Dr harish’s name (I confirmed afterwards that it was her) so I continued to book. This is the first bad incident I have had with this office, everything thus far has been amazing. I am sure the receptionist was busy however I did not appreciate being yelled at and rushed off the phone when I was simply trying to find the answer for her as to which doctor it was that I saw.

As others have indicated, an hour’s wait to see the doctor is typical; however, my last experience was completely unacceptable. I had pain in my right eye, so called for an appointment to see a doctor. The receptionist took my information and said she would consult with doctor and call me back within the hour. After waiting two hours I called back and was told to put hot compresses on it and I could make an appointment in two or three weeks! This being unacceptable, I called the KOP facility and was seen the next day. Needless to say, I will continue there and avoid the lack of professional attitude I experienced at this facility. Loosing one patient can be ignored as the waiting room is always full, but the lack of professionalism can not be.

Got to the center at 1245 for a 1pm appointment. Doctor was awesome but we were not seen until almost 235. Great doctors. Be prepared to wait appointments are not timely!

Extremely rude scheduling department. Please hire people who can speak to other individuals with a little respect.

Today I had one of the most disturbing experiences with a desk staff person at the Plymouth Meeting location . Rude and disrespectful does not begin to describe my interaction with her. I ended up having to leave without even seeing the doctor for my appointment due to the inexplicable treatment I received. After reading the many reviews here, I am shocked this type of disrespectful behavior continues. Does no authority address such behavior? Does no authority read these reviews? Does no authority care?

Please be warned. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! I am sooo utterly disgusted at the way I was just treated by the staff here that I will never go back!!! I called for an eye emergency on Wednesday and there was absolutely Noone there who could help me!!! I was told to call the KOP location and I am sooo glad I did. The receptionists and Doctors there were outstanding!!! Well I had another emergency today and my doctor had already left for the weekend at the KOP location so I had no choice but to call the emergency line at Plymouth Meeting. And so my nightmare started!!! In total I called 5 separate times, spoke to 5 separate receptionists and was transferred to a voice-mail box every time then hung up on!!! Each time I called back I begged to speak with a doctor or nurse and without hesitation each time they continued to transfer me to the same Mail box where no one was picking up. After being hung up on for the 4th time and explaining my problem a 5th time I said please put me on hold until I can speak to someone who can actually help me and for the 5th and final time they again transferred me to the same mailbox where Noone was picking up even after asking them to let me speak to someone. Why does this location even have an emergency line if Noone is going to help!!! Do yourself a favor and stay away from Plymouth Meeting!!!

Just all-around great doctors and staff .. took care of both my cataracts right away ..didn't even know I had them ..no problems at all went great ....thank all of you in the Plymouth meeting office🌻
