I have been sauna hopping for a bit now. This is def one of the best ones I’ve been to, if not THE best. While the sauna itself is ultimately the same everywhere, I really enjoy their ambience and supplies. Showers, wraps, robes, towels and even hair ties in the room make a huge difference! The staff is so friendly and informative and the room has Bluetooth options for some casual viewing or music while you enjoy your service. I def plan on going back.

Great experience with IVC therapy. Will definitely go back. If you walk in be sure to take your latest bloodwork with you as they want to insure you are a candidate. Very accommodating and knowledgeable.
