Called multiple times throughout the day on a Friday. I was greeted by the off duty receptionist which was 8:15 ( opened at 9) and during their lunch (12:30-1:30). Called after lunch at almost 2pm and still was greeted by the off duty receptionist. Left a message and left a message with the off duty receptionist. It is Monday evening and still no call for an appointment. Super disappointed and would’ve left this practice a long time ago if it wasn’t for Dr. Tornambe. She is the only reason I am still dealing this practice. Dr. Tornambe is an all around a great person and she really cares about her patients. This practice has gone down hill now that most of the physicians have left and the front desk staff isn’t helping it at all.

Absolutely the worst, rudest front office that I have had to deal with. I am sure some are ok but the ones I have dealt with are not. Case in point, I just got hung up on because I paused to catch my breath before speaking. Wait times on the phone are outrageous. Other times I have been treated like a child. Avoid!

Dr.Joanna S Kusmirek is a great doctor I will tell my family and friends about her she help my mom when the other doctors office didn't. Only one thing I didn't like about the office is the the nurse that took my mom to the room was very nasty and walk out the room on us they need to teach her how to talk to people and not have a attitude people are coming there because they're sick and the last thing they need is a nasty nurse making the patient feel worst with her nasty disposition.
