Kara is a true professional!!! And the staff at Gravity follow her lead. She’s been taking care of my hair for over 20 years…grateful for her!!!

I always have a great experience. Angelina is great. My only suggestion is that the very small area where hair is washed needs to be enlarged badly. No one should have to crawl over other customers to have their hair washed etc.
Kara has cut and styled my hair for almost 2 decades! Having short hair I go every 5 weeks and get a consistently great cut every time! She's professional, always takes me on time and easy to talk to as well. I always leave feeling good! I get so many compliments on my hair even from people I don't know...in an elevator or the food store!
I also want to say kudos to Erica at the front desk for being organized and helpful in setting up all my appointments. She's great!
