Danella Companies, Inc. provides essential services, including power restoration, and has received appreciation from customers for their dedicated crews, especially during challenging weather conditions. However, some customers have faced difficulties with communication, as voicemails can be full and responses are delayed. There are concerns about the treatment of workers, particularly regarding food provisions while on the job, highlighting that not all workers are equipped to navigate technology for ordering meals. Overall, while Danella's equipment and service are commendable, there is a call for better care and support for the workforce involved.
