I had to take time off of work to come here to look at tile I was interested in for my kitchen renovation. The people who work here are completely rude. No greeting, no acknowledgment of my presence, not helpful at all. No interaction whatsoever. Luckily I was able to see the tile I was interested in up close. I was also able to order it from a third party vendor so I didn’t have to give this location my business directly. I’m not sure who they think they are, but their smug attitude was a total turnoff.
