I used Crossroads for for my father who was in an assisted living facility in the East Norriton Area. I have to say, I was extremely grateful to everyone involved at Crossroads. My Father was a handful, but Crossroads was hospitable and respectful, plus, they advocated for me, and helped care for my father for 4 or 5 months or so. I see a few 1 star reviews, and I never felt for a second that I could give anything less that the highest possible rating on the internet. I know every person's name that saw my father and they communicated with me ( son and P.O.A ) every step of the way and 95% of the time after each visit. We had the most wonderful experience with Crossroads Hospice Care. These people clearly love what they do. They were compassionate, knowledgeable & they made sure my Fathers last week was the most peaceful & comfortable they possibly could. I don’t know what we would have done without them.
Crossroads Hospice was such a blessing during a difficult time for our family. Their entire staff was comforting and compassionate with all interactions. The Crossroads nursing staff explained everything in great detail and made sure we were comfortable with all decisions. The Crossroads chaplain was so supportive and helpful and made sure to honor our loved one since he was a veteran. I really can’t say enough about the staff and their services - it was a wonderful experience dealing with them.
