David Yeosock is wonderful, he truly goes above and beyond. He treats his customers like family and is very kind and caring throughout the whole process. Prices are also very fair. The obituary that was written, was heartwarming and perfect. Overall, I highly recommend. Planning a funeral for a loved one is never easy, but I am very happy our family chose Yeosock Funeral Home.
They treat you like family from start to finish and after. When my sister passed some years ago we first went to another funeral home that treated us like we were dirt. He flicked Yeosocks business card at us and said "Here you people need to go here" and we did and it was the best decision we have ever made. We've had many family members taken care of there and refer all of our friends and family to them because they care.
I read with dismay the 2 recent 1 star reviews regarding this funeral home ...and I was greatly surprised.My grandmother Bertha Emrick who owned a dairy with my grandfather Anthony Emrick in Plains PA for many many years had her funeral service here back in September 2008.The Funeral Director and his staff were very compassionate and helpful , and the service was beautiful.And even though that was 11 years ago...The positive loving memories I have of the loving care and kindness that was provided for my grandmother prompted me to write this review.I am very sorry for the experiences that those two reviewers had, loosing a loved one and planning for their final arrangements...read full review
