Dr. Ruane was fantastic with our boy who was in crisis earlier today. He really was beyond compassionate and calming to both us and our sweet 12 year old pup. Thank you Dr. Ruane and staff, Jesse seems to be doing much better. We are so grateful for you.
I just want to say this. If you do take your animal here DO NOT DO NOT deal with Dr. Maggie Lynch. I took my baby guy there I told her all his symptoms and that his breathing wasn't right. For some reason she only cared about this blood work for 350.00 not to mention had no compassion at all. She told me she didn't know what was wrong with him 4 hundred and some dollars later. I ended up taking my guy home and for almost 2 days he suffered. I took him back and a different Dr. Was on Thank God she immediately had him on oxygen and ran a pic line in him. She was excellent and she cared most of all. In the end all he needed was an X-ray that was it, which was only 150.00....read full review
I have nothing but kind words to say! They took care of my sweet Monty, made sure he was comfortable, called me with all updates and let me know all the chaos he was causing! I'm so grateful for the staff, they truly care about animals and gave me the peace of mind I needed.Monty is now home and happy ❤️
