We are very satisfied with our beautiful and well made cabinets. The inner covering of the shelves and drawers enhances, so their beauty, so we chose to not cover them with shelf and drawer liners. Working the Waverly team was easy because they responded quickly to inquiries, paid attention to the details, and they listened to our recommendations. We highly recommend using the quality services of Waverly Cabinets.
Extremely pleased with the service and product. Customer service is excellent, product and delivery was as expected. We needed to order additional cabinets to match ones already purchased elsewhere. They had the products in stock. There was a hiccup with the online shipping calculation, but they handled it beautifully, even allowing me to combine orders without extra shipping costs. They kept me updated as things went along. Don't hesitate to order from this company.
I am, unfortunately, very demanding and extremely high maintenance. Waverly Cabinets exceeded all possible expectations in customer service and care.
John, the owner, is detail oriented and pushed through a cabinet design that I needed in about 48 hours. It was truly incredible. Not to be outdone, however, Amanda, on the customer service side was absolutely exceptional for the little details after purchase.
