Kentrel Inc. replaced a water meter on time. The serviceman was friendly, polite, and professional. He completed the work quickly, in under 20 minutes, and gave a free water filter. He was slick with a bucket and didn’t leave any mess, and did a good job. Company was fast, clean, and efficient, for an old house with a 60yr old gate valve that still drips a lot when off.
Finally they hire someone with real customer service skills. I've been dealing with this company for months with their horrible service and miscommunication until yesterday I got a hold of Jazmine and she even called me back today to make sure I was care for. I had such a great experience. She listened and got me taken care of with the apt. Im giving it 4 stars just because of that interaction otherwise horrible company.
Our water company contracted with Kentrel to replace our water meter. They showed up on time within the scheduled window. They were friendly, polite, & professional. They completed the work quickly.
