“My experience with these guys has been great! Our fence was installed in 2013. After some not nice delivery person broke the gate latch I called them to come and fix it. I have three fur babies and I was using a bungee cord to keep the gate closed. Apparently the post office finds it too difficult to operate such a complex device, and so I thought i should get it fixed. When I called they sent out a sales guy to check out the situation and give me an estimate. Dan was a great guy, personable and knowledgeable. They are so busy he estimated that it would be Mid-March that they'd be able to do the work. Much to my surprise, a service guy, named Bill called yesterday to come out today and fix the problem. Both he and his helper were great. it took them about three hours to do the work (in the freezing cold today) and the fence looks great!“
