Zoom Drain from Pittsburgh, PA, is a fantastic plumbing service. In light of an emergency, they were able to send a plumbing technician out within the hour. I found this service on Google and was able to set up a quick service appointment via text, which can also be done by phone. Everybody knows how stressful a plumbing situation can be, and many times, it can be very costly. Zoom Drain was able to work with me in terms of financing as I was in a bind. We've had to use Zoom Drain a few times now and every experience has been incredible. Mark and Ryan are great humans who do really good work. I've recommended them repeatedly to my neighbors who have needed help and will continue to do so.

May or may not have gotten hosed on pricing (not sure what drain clearing costs generally), however Mark was great and thankfully solved our problem after 2.5 hours of unsuccessful trying. They do have a first time discount which was a positive. Process was easy and glad I was able to pay on the spot instead of dealing with bills and mail.
