The location is convenient and the building is very nice. The instructors are very friendly and helpful and make you feel comfortable no matter your level. They also provide towels, mats, and blocks if you need them.
After constant encouragement from a friend, I finally decided to take a hot yoga class at Yoga Flow in ShadySide. This was over a year ago and I have been going weekly ever since, so this review is long overdue. When I started, I had very little yoga knowledge so it can be overwhelming as a guy to join a class. Any concerns were quickly washed away though as I was greeted prior to entering the room. Dominique is an amazing person and welcomed me with open arms. This place is For Real.With all yoga… you’ll get in what you put out, but the instructors here will certainly have you digging deeper into self. It’s almost like a therapist speaking to a group of people. This is true spirituality in action.Quality of a yoga studio is equal to the quality of the people running it. Kudos.
