One of the seals on a replacement window failed after almost 10 years. The window became cloudy and an eye sore. Called and they ordered a replacement on 4/21 new window was installed on 5/1. Claude was very friendly and personable. This was my first warranty claim and it went very smooth.

We had a new patio sliding glass door installed by Windows R Us and really like the results! Ryan Waugaman came out after the install to make some adjustments and to use my wife’s words, it turned out Amazing! Thank you Ryan and thank you Windows ‘R Us!

They are nice on the phone, but never got back to me with the estimate. It's a shame because they sounded really knowledgeable and I wanted to work with them. I called quite a few times, and the answer was always the same "we'll send you a quote in a day or two". I guess they must be really busy or my job is not worth their time, but I would appreciate a call declining instead of keeping me waiting.
