I had tax questions I needed to resolve and called the office to see if they could help with my particular circumstance and to make an appointment. The secretary asked Walter if he could speak with me and he resolved me issue in a matter of minutes! Walter was very friendly and knowledgeable and will gladly use him again if need be in the future.
