Terrible customer service and poor workmanship! My mother passed away in 2020 and we got her stone from Urbach. In January of 2024 the stone started leaning and detaching from the foundation. When I called to have it fixed, I was told it’s “busy season” and it would be at least 3 months before they could get to it. 3 months passed and they gave me another 2 months timeframe and said that they were holding off fixing it until I physically came to see the stone.I live out of state.. why would they wait?I want to come visit my mother’s grave and the stone is leaning which is so upsetting. The work was not done right to begin with. Now I will have to have it fixed...read full review

I love the tombstone they did for my fiancé they did a excellent job even thur my difficult time of me grieving great customer service & was quick with placing his tombstone they did a terrific job I want them to make my fiancé a bench so I can sit when I visit him ..............
