Connor is the BEST! He is so attentive and pays incredible attention to detail. This was my second time getting my hair done by him and between these two appointments I’ve been really impressed by my hair health after blonding and how beautiful the grow out was. I’m also impressed by your salon as a whole. I’ve never been to a salon where they are so transparent up front with pricing and I love that you have a rewards program. 10/10 for professionalism!
I'm just back from Twelve27 Salon. Read my review here. If I could choose a score higher than 5 I would I would choose a 1000 I have been in search of a salon and a stylist since cutting my dreadlocks that I had for 16 years since about 2012 2013 I've spent hundreds and thousands of dollars going to salon to salon to salon to stylist to stylist and always left unhappy and broke. I finally found my forever hair home at Twelve27...Hillary is the most amazing beautiful caring considerate Human woman/therapist to me 😉 She is a MASTER at her craft....i mean....seriously! She listens to my hair goals...understands and exceeds my expectations......as long as I live in the pittsburgh area...and as long as she will listen to my drama and cry and pour my soul out in her chair.......She has me as a client for life.THANK YOU HILARY FOR NOT JUST MY HAIR.....FOR BEING YOU AND ALLOWING ME TO BARE MY SOUL EVERYTIME I AM THERE. I was in Pitt for a few days and made an appt to get my hair done because it needed it. Unfortunately, my hairdresser had an emergency and couldn’t come in. However, they made arrangements and still got me in with Connor and he was awesome! I was so happy they could fit me in and it was so worth it! Connor was hilarious and made the time go by quick. Will def be back when I’m in Pitt again😊
