Rachel did a gelX manicure on me. She is extremely knowledgeable (medical manicure certified and the nail technician teacher at Penn commercial during the day). She knows what she is doing and wants the best for you and your nails. Not only is she the best when it comes to nails, she isn’t horrible to be around which makes the appointments a blast! ? when it came to color all I gave her was “My husband likes my nails pink”. She picked the perfect pink and accent. It’s my absolute favorite!!
I was so excited I got my nails polished and my feet polished I love it a lot I got It done at The Shop By Rachel in Cecil nice person and kind person and great to talk to. She did a great Job with my nails and feet today. I can’t wait to go back and get it done again. 
I went today and got my nails and toes done. I loved how they turned out. The experience was amazing and definitely will be coming back. Also not just saying this cause she is my aunt she does an amazing job!
